  • Estimated shipping times and shipping costs are based on the products selected, and will be determined at checkout.
  • Shipping costs for orders from ladylanguage.com depend upon the method and option you choose and are determined by weight.
  • Standard deliveries are handled by UPS, FedEx and DHL based on state availability.
  • Deliveries will be made to the address specified on the order. The named recipient or anyone at the listed address can sign for the package.
  • If an item in your order isn't available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or provide the option of holding your order until all items are available for shipment.
  • ladylanguage.com does not ship on weekends and major holidays.

Estimated Shipping Time is 3- 5 days

  • Shipping is $2.70 for the first item and then $.45 for each additional item.

Out of stock items

Though we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. If that occurs, representatives are available to suggest comparable substitutions. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will email you before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.

Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
